ABOUT
Our team took on the exciting project of planning a silent disco event for USC students near their campus. We worked quickly to develop a theme, secure a warehouse style venue, and create an experience that would appeal to the students and create an unforgettable experience for everyone.
PROCESS
With less than two weeks to plan and execute the event, we had to work efficiently to ensure everything was in place before the big day. Our team went to work on designing marketing materials that would quickly promote the event. We coordinated with a venue & vendors for equipment, security, and staff for the event. We also arranged a visual projectionist and a vintage TV activation to enhance the experience. On the day of the event, we were thrilled to see that it was a massive success, with a sold-out crowd of USC students from various campus groups coming together to have a good time with great music. The music was pumping, the visuals were stunning, and the atmosphere was electric.
