In the month leading up to the event, we worked tirelessly alongside the company's internal planning team and other consultants to ensure everything was in place over 3 hotels in Cancun, Mexico for the event to take place. We helped finalize the program for the event, which in addition to days of general sessions and breakout sessions, included exciting activities like a guacamole competition, mariachi band, beach volleyball, golf, and even a relaxation suite. We also created a custom event app. The app had all the information attendees needed to know, like schedules, hotel and accommodation information, and travel information. What really set it apart was the ability for the organizers to send out real time push notifications, and for attendees to connect with each other through the app. When it came time for the event, we were on-site for 10 days, providing support and helping to manage the various activities and events. We also managed a team of photographers, to capture some incredible photos and videos of the event. App success by the numbers: 1,270 total unique app users 2,233 chat messages sent through app 49.9 days total spent by attendees using app 4,929 events added by attendees to "My Schedule" On average, each attendee opened the app 75 times
