ABOUT
We had the pleasure of planning an unforgettable summit for a division of a venue management company in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The goal was to bring together 75 employees from across the country to grow relationships and establish business objectives for 2023. We worked closely with the executives to create an agenda that included engaging presentations, fun team building activities, local culinary experiences, and exciting free time activities. One of the highlights of the event was bringing in a team building organization that helped the attendees learn more about their teamwork style and how to better work with each other’s styles. It was a great opportunity for everyone to bond and develop new skills. Additionally, there were plenty of free time activities to enjoy, such as ziplining, relaxing in beach cabanas, and private tours of San Juan's National Historic Site.
PROCESS
Throughout the event, attendees were treated to local live music during meals, which added to the vibrant energy of the experience. The closing night was a particularly special evening, as the group was treated to a beautiful dinner at Antiguo Casino de Puerto Rico, one of Puerto Rico's most beautiful and oldest buildings. It was a magical way to end the event and left a lasting impression on everyone who attended. We worked tirelessly to ensure that every aspect of the event was seamless, from hotel and venue coordinator to agenda management to attendee communications. By handling all of the little details, we allowed the executives to focus on what mattered most - building relationships with their employees and solid planning for the next year. Overall, it was an incredibly successful event that brought everyone together and created team memories that will last a lifetime.
