ABOUT
We took charge to plan logistics for an event venue management company that brought together 50 of their employees from across the country to attend their first in-person summit in Los Angeles, CA. Their main goals for the event were building stronger relationships and learning about newly established best practices. We coordinated a packed schedule, which included guest speakers, general presentations, and team-building activities. Our responsibilities included managing the meeting space, audio-visual equipment, catering, and nightly experiences. The group enjoyed a luxurious dinner at the classic Palm restaurant and a thrilling evening cheering on the Kings hockey team from luxury suites.
PROCESS
In addition to managing the logistics of the event, we also created a custom guide for all attendees. The guide featured photos and fun facts about each attendee, as well as information about the event and schedule. This served as a great icebreaker and allowed attendees to quickly get to know their colleagues in the short time they had together. It was a great way to enhance the networking and relationship-building aspects of the event. We worked closely with the client to ensure that their goals and objectives were met, and that the event ran smoothly from start to finish. Our excellent event planning and agenda management allowed the executives to fully concentrate on the meeting's content, without the added stress of managing the minutiae of the event. The summit was a success, with attendees walking away feeling energized, informed, and closer than ever to their colleagues.
